Columbiana County Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization. We’re not affiliated with any agency (county, state, or government). We’re supported by donations and fundraising.
We respond to complaints of animals being abused, neglected, and abandoned, and hoarding cases. Cases include companion animals & farm animals, not wildlife (ODNR).
